Society of Notaries offers https://www.onlinenotarytraining.org/ state-specific online notary training courses for those seeking to become a notary in California, Florida, Florida RON, Missouri, Montana and Pennsylvania. These states require all NEW notary applicants to take a "State Approved" notary education course either online or in a live classroom environment. ASN also offers online courses for Alabama, Georgia and Texas (these courses are NOT required in order to obtain a notary commission those states).
